Results of a study that was made with 90.000 nurses:
Half of the nurses ate a very fatty diet with a fat content of 50%. The other half ate a very low-fat diet with a fat content of 20 %. Result of this study: there was no comparable difference regarding the risk of cancer! The decisive factor is how much fat is used when preparing the food. For example, meat that is prepared well-done increases the risk of getting breast, colon or prostate cancer up to 460 % more than meat that is prepared underdone. The reason for this is that meat that is well-done also contains a lot of burned animal fat.
This study was made again with 90.000 people, but this time they took nutrient supplements as well. This study confirmed that the risk of cancer could be lowered by 75%.
It is proven that eating raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and cherries lowers the risk of suffering from cancer by 75 %.
The Denver Post already praised the use of beta-carotene, selenium and vitamin E in cancer treatment in 1993. Cancer does not stand a chance if you stop the free radicals in the organism and provide the tissue with enough pure oxygen!
The following can be read in the magazine „Ärzte Zeitung“ from 14.9.2005: A high dosage of vitamin C kills cancer cells. Vitamin C that is administered intravenously might be qualified to treat cancer patients. This was concluded by US researchers due to the results of a lab study. A concentration of over 4 millimoles of vitamin C per litre killed most of the cells of 10 different types of cancer! This kind of concentration can only be achieved in the human body, if around 8 to 10 grams of vitamin C are administered intravenously.
