Obesity is caused by a deficiency of minerals. When you feel a strong craving for certain foods, like pregnant women often do (craving for cucumbers, bell peppers, pistachio ice cream and liver), it is actually your subconscious calling out to you. It is telling you that your body is suffering from an acute deficiency of nutrients. Your inner self is forcing you to eat the nutrients your body is currently in need of. If you have a craving for chocolate, sugar, caffeine or alcohol, your subconscious is signalizing a deficiency and is urging you to balance out this deficiency. We all have system-regulating forces!
Alcohol, caffeine, white sugar or chocolate deprive your body of even more nutrients. Alcohol and nicotine have a very sneaky effect. They deprive your body of minerals and at the same time push you to drink and smoke even more.
Why can’t we stop stuffing food into our bodies? Our subconscious again! It forces you to regulate a certain mineral deficiency. We eat and eat and eat and after a few hours we are just as hungry as we were before. The actual hunger goes much deeper. It can only be satisfied if our body gets all of the 60 minerals it needs per day.
